1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with ks8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ks8 does not permit gambling by individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other non-individual legal entity).
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ks8 or any of its affiliated companies.

ks8 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ks8. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Verification (KYC)

ks8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practice. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any point determined by our compliance team. KYC documents must be accurate, current, and unmodified.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ks8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. You must notify ks8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ks8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following local payment methods for the convenience of our Bangladeshi players:

Deposit Policy

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Funds deposited into your ks8 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned less any applicable processing fees. ks8 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued outside Bangladesh.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and bonus wagering requirement completion where applicable. ks8 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines published on the platform. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Accepted withdrawal methods include:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ks8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

• Bonuses must be activated within the time window specified in the promotional offer.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• ks8 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds if fraudulent, misleading, or collusive play is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, or IP address. Bonus stacking is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

ks8 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before its cancellation will receive the benefit under the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, provided all conditions have been met.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ks8 are final once confirmed. ks8 shall not be obligated to accept any bet and reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void bets placed by any player at its sole discretion. This may occur where ks8 suspects that a bet has been placed in contravention of these terms, through an exploited error, or in connection with suspicious betting patterns.

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, ks8 will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include voiding the affected round or restoring the pre-fault account balance.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets on ks8 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Match and innings cancellations due to rain, bad light, or other unforeseen events are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed alongside each betting market at the time of placing a bet. All cricket markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body.

7. Responsible Gaming

ks8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their life are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact our support team.

• Collusion, match-fixing, or coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to derive an unintended financial benefit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ks8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

ks8 provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Amendments and Termination

ks8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered to your account. Your continued use of ks8 following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

ks8 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in any prohibited activity, or if we determine that continued operation of your account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or to the integrity of our services. Upon termination, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances that remain after a compliance review will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law.
